Bills Unaccounted for...

Bill Gates that legend of a man? Well he's about as contradictory as crosses and noughts! This is the latest;

Addressing the Microsoft Government Leader Forum in Beijing, he said the world's largest software company aims to increase the number of people with access to computers from the one billion today to two billion by 2015. This, he said, is part of the US Millennium Development goals.

Of course it's going to work, dummy. He's going to reduce the population by promoting condoms and then "increase" access to a shrinking population.

"Education is the most important investment for the future," Gates said on his 10th visit to China.

Yep...and so are families (you can't educate what you can't don't have).
